Zencity is a Tel Aviv and New York-based GovTech company, founded in 2016, that provides AI-driven community analytics for over 400 local governments, counties, state agencies, and law enforcement organizations across the United States. The platform analyzes diverse community data sources—including social media, news, 311 calls, surveys, and public meetings—to deliver actionable insights about resident sentiment, priorities, and trust levels.

Dual-use relevance is significant: AI-powered open source intelligence (OSINT) analysis of public sentiment and social media is directly applicable to military and intelligence community situational awareness, influence operations detection, civil affairs assessment, and stability operations analysis. The same NLP and sentiment analysis technology used for local government community monitoring can be adapted for military information operations, counterinsurgency population sentiment analysis, and homeland security threat detection.
