10D Ventures

10D is an Israeli venture capital fund that recently added Alon Kantor as a partner to expand its investments in defense technology, as reported by Calcalist in August 2024. Kantor previously served for many years in senior positions at Check Point Software, founded cybersecurity startup Toka, and has been evaluating dozens of defense tech presentations.

Kantor noted to Calcalist: 'We feel the explosion in the military field on the ground, and we see new companies every day. Most of the companies I have met deal with hardware, a lot of it related to drones: anti-drones, drone brains, etc. For the first time, these entrepreneurs are not seeking funding from government bodies but are building companies as startups and preparing presentations for venture capital.'

10D was an early investor in Exodigo, the underground mapping company that raised $214 million and was selected for the Forbes Israel Next Billion Dollar Startups list. This demonstrates 10D's ability to identify high-growth defense-adjacent technologies.

Dual-use relevance is high: 10D specifically targets companies with both defense and civilian market potential.
