A practical advisory practice for allied technology decisions.
Claw & Talon helps investors, companies, and public-sector leaders understand Israeli technology opportunities, assess strategic relevance, and move serious cross-border work forward.
Who we serve
Claw & Talon serves investors, public-sector leaders, founders, strategic buyers, researchers, and policy teams working at the intersection of Israeli technology, U.S.-Israel innovation, dual-use capability, and national-security strategy. The site is written for readers who need serious context before capital, procurement, partnership, or policy decisions are made.
What we publish
We publish original analysis, market maps, company profiles, sector pages, dependency research, and advisory-oriented essays on Israeli startups and the U.S.-Israel technology alliance. The material is intended to help readers discover companies, compare sectors, understand strategic relevance, and identify diligence questions. It is not an offer to buy or sell securities, and it is not legal, tax, procurement, or investment advice.
Editorial approach
Our editorial approach is strategic, pro-Israel, and evidence-conscious. We prioritize original framing, public-source grounding, cautious language where verification is incomplete, and a clear separation between research content and advisory services. We do not make unsupported claims about customers, funding, government relationships, or defense adoption.
How the startup database is built
The Israeli Startup Database uses public-source research, curation, automated data normalization, and editorial judgment. It combines company descriptions, sector classification, strategic relevance, dual-use indicators, technology categories, risk factors, and update timestamps. Inclusion in the database does not imply endorsement, partnership, investment, sponsorship, or commercial relationship with Claw & Talon.
How company profiles are scored
Company profiles may include qualitative or numeric signals for potential, technology depth, market relevance, team evidence, dual-use applicability, and strategic alignment. These scores are research signals for comparison and prioritization; they are not investment ratings. A high score means the profile appears relevant to the Claw & Talon research thesis, not that the company is suitable for any specific investor, agency, acquirer, or procurement program.
Corrections and updates
Public company information changes quickly. If a company profile, sector description, source reference, or factual statement appears incomplete or incorrect, send the correction through the Contact page with the relevant URL, the proposed correction, and a public source where possible. We may update, qualify, or remove entries when better information is available.
